§ 55.033 STREET WASTE CONTAINERS.
   Waste containers of the city placed on the sidewalks and city streets shall be used only for the waste material as persons may have for disposal while passing along public ways. These containers shall not be used for the disposal of trash or garbage accumulated in residences, places of business, or other places.
