§ 55.004 MIXING GARBAGE WITH CERTAIN LARGE ARTICLES.
   It is unlawful for any person to place or mix with any garbage or other substance to be collected and burned in the city garbage reduction or incinerating plants, articles too large to be burned in the incinerating plant.
