§ 30.023 COUNCIL USE OF CITY FACILITIES.
   (A)   The Common Council of the city is authorized to use the Heritage Hall Community Recreation Center gymnasium, located at 4506 Tod Ave., as needed to conduct official public meetings of the Common Council upon written request submitted to the Parks and Recreation Department director.
   (B)   Individual Common Council members are authorized to use other city facilities including the Heritage Hall meeting rooms, meeting rooms at other community centers, Parks Department facilities, the Marina facilities, and the Police Department gymnasium and meeting rooms as needed to conduct community meetings upon written request submitted to the appropriate department head.
   (C)   The Parks Department, Heritage Hall Community Recreation Center staff, Police Department, and any other necessary city staff shall fully cooperate with the Common Council and its official representatives and with individual Common Council members to facilitate the conducting of any official public meetings of the Common Council and community meetings conducted by individual Common Council members at these specified city facility locations.
