New sewer connections shall meet the following requirements, at a minimum.
(A) No new combined sewers shall be constructed within the City Sanitary District service area.
(B) All new construction tributary to the existing combined sewer system shall be designed to minimize or delay inflow/clear water contribution to the sewer.
(C) Any new building constructed shall provide a separate inflow/clear water connection to a combined sewer from the sanitary waste connection to facilitate disconnection of the former if a separate storm sewer becomes available.
(D) The introduction of inflow/clear water to any sanitary sewer is prohibited.
