§ 51.085 GENERAL.
   (A)   All IUs proposing to connect to the POTW or to discharge sewage, industrial wastes, and other wastes to the POTW shall obtain a wastewater discharge permit before connecting to or discharging to the POTW.
   (B)   All existing IUs connected to or discharging to the POTW shall be issued a wastewater discharge permit within 180 days after the receipt of the permit application.
