(A) The permit application fee for existing IUs will be calculated based upon 1% of the monthly average (based upon the 12-month period prior to the month of receipt of the permit application) sewer user billings for each discharge location.
(B) A minimum application fee of $25 per discharge location will be assessed. A maximum application fee of $500 per discharge location will be assessed. New IUs completing permit applications will be assessed an initial permit application fee of $500.
