§ 30.011 REFERRALS OF QUESTIONS, RESOLUTIONS, AND THE LIKE TO COMMITTEES; PROCEDURE.

   When it is moved to commit any question, subject, or resolution to a committee of the Common Council and different committees are proposed, the question shall be taken in the following order:

   (A)   First, to a standing committee to which the matters properly belong; and

   (B)   Second, to select a committee.
