§ 30.007 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   (A)   Each Council meeting agenda shall contain the following order of business:
      (1)   Roll call for attendance;
      (2)   Public hearings;
      (3)   Approval of minutes of preceding meeting;
      (4)   Communications from the Mayor;
      (5)   Communications from department heads and others;
      (6)   Ordinances introduced and first reading;
      (7)   Ordinances on second reading;
      (8)   Ordinances on third reading;
      (9)   Resolutions;
      (10)   Reports of regular and special committees;
      (11)   Unfinished business;
      (12)   New business; and
      (13)   Adjournment.
   (B)   The Council President may order a return to any order of business after the call of the regular order of business.
