§ 35.007 APPEALS.

   (A)   Civil actions. Appeals from City Court in civil actions shall be taken to the Circuit or Superior Court in the manner provided by law.

   (B)   Criminal actions. In criminal actions appeal may be taken from the judgment of the City Court to the Criminal Court of the county in the same manner as provided by law for appeals from a justice of the peace.
