§ 35.004 TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS DIVISION.
   (A)   The City Judge shall establish a Traffic Violations Division as a part of the City Court to assist the Court with the clerical work of traffic cases.
   (B)   The Traffic Violations Division shall be in the charge of the City Clerk and shall be open at times and hours as are recommended by the Clerk and approved by the City Judge.
