(A) The Fire Prevention Bureau shall maintain the records of all inspections including dates, summary of violations, if any, which are found to exist, the date of serving of notice of violations, as required by this subchapter, together with memorandum of the final disposition of all violations found to exist and all other records and transactions of the Bureau, including facts concerning fires and pertinent statistics.
(B) The records of the Fire Prevention Bureau shall be open, at all times, to the inspection of the Mayor, Commissioners of Public Safety, and members of the Common Council. The Fire Prevention Bureau shall maintain records of all orders and notices issued.
