§ 34.076 CHIEF OF FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU.
   The Chief in charge of the Fire Prevention Bureau shall be appointed by the Mayor and the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city. His or her appointment shall continue during good behavior and satisfactory service and he or she shall not be removed from office except for cause after public trial.
