§ 34.075 ESTABLISHED; SUPERVISION; PURPOSE.
There is established a Fire Prevention Bureau in the Fire Department, which shall be under the immediate direction and supervision of a Fire Inspector and other members of the fire force assigned thereto by the Chief. Since timely prevention of fires is preferable to extinguishment, the scope of the work and the activity of this Bureau shall be enlarged, as required, to meet changing conditions.
