§ 34.001 JURISDICTION AND CONTROL.
   (A)   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall have jurisdiction and control over all matters and property relating to or connected with the Fire Department.
   (B)   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall adopt and pass additional and supplemental rules and regulations as may be necessary from time to time for the efficient management and control of the Fire Department.
