§ 38.133 UNSAFE BUILDING FUND.

   (A)   Established. There is hereby established an Unsafe Building Fund for the purpose of accounting for the receipts and disbursements of the Fund.

   (B)   Deposits. Monies deposited in the Fund shall be used for the demolition of unsafe buildings.

   (C)   Expenditures. Monies from the Fund may be disbursed only on approved claims allowed by the Board of Public Works and Safety.

   (D)   Termination of fund. The Fund shall be perpetual in nature; however, should the Fund terminate for any lawful reason, any balance in the Fund shall be disbursed to the General Fund of the city.
