§ 38.131 BUILDING DEPARTMENT CHANGE FUND.

   (A)   Established. There is hereby established a nonreverting Change Fund for the Building Department for the purpose of making change when collection of funds from the public for services or records is necessary.

   (B)   Fund limit. The Change Fund shall not exceed an amount as set by the city from time to time.

   (C)   Initial deposit. There is to be deposited in the Change Fund an initial deposit from the city’s General Fund.

   (D)   Termination of fund. This Fund shall continue in perpetuity, however, should the Fund terminate for any lawful reason any balance shall be transferred to the city’s General Fund.
