§ 38.115 GENERAL ADULT PROBATION SERVICES FUND.
   (A)   There is created a General Adult Probation Services Fund in which the City Clerk shall deposit the initial probation user’s fee and any monthly probation user’s fee.
   (B)   Money deposited in the Fund is appropriated to the City Court Adult Probation Services Program.
