§ 38.113 COURT DRIVING SCHOOL FUND.

   (A)   Established. There is hereby established a Court Defensive Program Fund for the purpose of accounting for the operations of the Court Defensive Program.

   (B)   Deposits. Monies deposited in the Fund shall be used for the operations of the City Court.

   (C)   Expenditures. Monies from the Fund may be disbursed only on approved claims allowed by the Board of Public Works and Safety.

   (D)   Termination of fund. The Fund shall be perpetual in nature; however, should the Fund terminate for any lawful reason, any balance in the Fund shall be disbursed to the civil city’s General Fund.
