§ 37.027 PREVAILING WAGE RANGE.

   (A)   The contractor covenants and agrees to pay and to contractually obligate and cause each subcontractor to pay the prevailing wage rate as ascertained by the State Department of Labor.

   (B)   The rates as provided by the State Department of Labor for the county, as may be revised from time to time.
