§ 156.405 PURPOSE AND INTENT.
   (A)   The purpose of a fence is to provide privacy, security, boundary definition, weather conditions control (snow fencing), decoration, and safety for the residents and property owners of the city, the general public and for the various land uses within the corporate limits of the city.
   (B)   The intent of the following regulations is to provide a framework for the protection of the residents and property owners of the city, the general public and public and private property through the regulation of the installation, erection, repair, construction, placement, and maintenance of fences on property located within the city.
