§ 156.291 ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICT.
   The Greater Rights-of-Way Overlay Zoning District (GROW-OL) shall apply to all public rights-of-way lying wholly or partially within the city limits including, but not limited to: streets, avenues, alleys, and the like and as may be amended from time to time.
