§ 156.275 GENERALLY.

   The P-1 Park District is established as a district in which the predominant use of land is for parks, open spaces, beaches, and outdoor recreation facilities and is specifically intended to:

   (A)   Encourage the continued use of land for community recreation facilities and parks; and

   (B)   Prohibit residential commercial and industrial use of land.
