(A) The M-1 Light Industrial District is established as a district in which the principal use of land is for light manufacturing and industrial uses, and these regulations are specifically intended to prohibit the use of land in this district for residences.
(B) Uses already established on the effective date of this chapter and rendered nonconforming by the provisions thereof shall be subject to the regulations of § 156.081.
