§ 156.221 YARD REQUIREMENTS.
   The minimum yards required in the C-3 district shall be as follows.
 
Corner side yard
0 feet, 3 feet maximum
Front yard
0 feet, 3 feet maximum
Interior side yard
None
Rear yard:
   If the rear lot line abuts property located in a business district
None
   If the rear lot line of the C-3 district coincides with a side or rear lot line of property that is residentially zoned and intended for residential use
12 feet
