§ 156.171 USE REGULATIONS.

   A building or premises in an R-5 Multiple-Dwelling District shall be used only for the following purposes:

   (A)   Multiple-family dwellings;

   (B)   Apartment hotels;

   (C)   Restaurants, drugstores, newsstands, and personal service shops in a hotel or apartment house and accessible to the public only through the lobby and with no advertising or display visible from outside the building; and

   (D)   Accessory buildings and uses customarily incident to any of the above uses.
