§ 156.140 USE REGULATIONS.

   A building or premises in an R-3 Multiple- Dwelling and/or Two-story Row House District shall be used only for the following purposes:

   (A)   Any use and accessory use permitted in the R-1 Single-Family District, R-1a Single-Family or Semi-Detached Dwelling District and the R-2 Two-Family District;

   (B)   Two-story row houses;

   (C)   Two-story multiple-dwelling; and

   (D)   Group dwellings.
