§ 156.125 USE REGULATIONS.
   A building or premises in an R-2 Two-Family Dwelling District shall be used only for the following purposes:
   (A)   Any use and accessory use permitted in the R-1 Single-Family District and the R-1a Single-Family or Semi-Detached Dwelling District; and
   (B)   Two-family dwellings.
