§ 156.057 HEARING; PLACE; RULES OF CONDUCT.
   The hearing must be held by the Plan Commission at the place stated in the notice. The Commission shall adopt rules governing the conduct of the hearing, which rules shall include receiving oral comments by interested parties concerning the proposal.
