§ 156.029 APPEAL FROM DECISION OF BOARD.
   Any person dissatisfied with the decision and action of the Board of Zoning Appeals may present to the Circuit or Superior Court of the county a petition for a writ of certiorari. The procedure for making an appeal shall conform to the requirements of the laws of the state authorizing cities to adopt zoning regulations.
