§ 156.025 ESTABLISHED; COMPOSITION.
   A Board of Zoning Appeals is established. The Board shall be composed of members of the City Plan Commission. The Board shall adopt from time to time rules and regulations as it may deem necessary to carry into effect the provisions of this chapter.
