§ 155.196 DISQUALIFICATION.
   A member of the Commission or Council may not participate in a hearing or decision of that Commission or Council concerning a subdivision or vacation matter in which he or she has a direct or indirect financial interest. The Commission or Council shall enter the disqualification on the record.
