§ 155.195 APPEALS.
   Every decision of the Commission shall be subject to review by certiorari. Each person aggrieved by a decision of the Commission may present to the County Circuit or Superior Court a verified petition setting forth that the decision is illegal in whole or in part, and specifying the grounds of the illegality. The petition shall be presented to the Court within 30 days after the date of that decision of the Commission.
