For use during preliminary review by the Commission, the applicant shall submit a sketch plan to present to the Commission and staff. The plan may be drawn as a freehand pen or pencil sketch and does not require precise dimensions or any special sheet size. A sketch plan should show the location, proposed street and lot layout, and other significant features of the proposed subdivision.
