(A) An applicant for subdivision approval may appear before the Commission to discuss the proposal before filing an application for preliminary plat approval. Preliminary review is encouraged but not required.
(B) No fee or formal application is required for this meeting, however, the applicant should submit a sketch plan and a letter of intent describing the area which is intended to be subdivided and setting forth the plan for the proposed land use, existing characteristics, availability of facilities and utilities, and site access and proposed street layout. The applicant should be prepared to discuss the details of the proposed subdivision.
