§ 155.002 POLICY.
   The subdivision of land and the subsequent development of the subdivided plat is subject to the control of the city and shall be carried out in accordance with the city comprehensive plan and the city zoning regulations in order to achieve the orderly, planned, efficient, and economical development of the city.
