§ 153.003 LABOR CLASSIFICATIONS.
   A classification of the labor to be employed in the performance of the contract for the project shall be divided into the following three classes:
   (A)   Skilled labor;
   (B)   Semiskilled labor; and
   (C)   Unskilled labor.
