§ 152.012 REPORTS OF VIOLATIONS.
   In addition to the powers and duties granted the Building Commissioner, the Electrical Inspector, the Plumbing Inspector, the City Health Officer and the Fire Inspector, it shall be the duty of the aforementioned inspectors to report to the Building Commissioner all violations of the standards as prescribed in this chapter that are observed by them in the course of their existing duties as inspectors as prescribed by this code. Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall give the owner thereof or his or her agent or employee access to any part of the dwelling, dwelling unit, rooming unit, or building used as a dwelling on the premises at all reasonable times and hours for the purpose of making repairs or alterations as are necessary to effect compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
