§ 150.019 RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   All persons shall have the right to appeal the Building Commissioner’s decision first to the Board of Public Safety of the city; and then to the State Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 22-13-2-7.
