§ 150.007 APPLICATION FOR PERMITS.
   (A)   No permits shall be issued for the forgoing purposes, unless the application for the permit is accompanied by a plat or sketch of the proposed location showing lot boundaries, and by plans and specifications showing the work to be done.
   (B)   All plans for building construction under the authority of the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission of the state must also be filed with the State Building Commissioner.
   (C)   No local permits shall be issued hereunder until a copy of a design release from the State Building Commissioner and the State Fire Marshal is received by the Building Commissioner.
