§ 135.007 CHEMICAL WEAPONS.
   (A)   Definition. For the purposes of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      CHEMICAL WEAPON. Any solid, liquid, or gaseous substances which, upon dispersion in the atmosphere or in its original state, is designed or intended for use as a means of inflicting temporary or permanent physical injury or discomfort to human beings, or which is designed or intended for use as a means to temporarily or permanently incapacitate or otherwise blunt or deaden the facilities of perception of human beings.
   (B)   Prohibition. It is unlawful for any person to sell, offer to sell, disperse, or distribute any chemical weapon to any person under the full age of 18 years.
