(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.999.
(B) Laser pointers. Any person found guilty or liable of an offense of §§ 134.015 through 134.017 shall be fined in an amount as set by the city from time to time and costs of prosecution. Each day a violation of §§ 134.015 through 134.017 continues constitutes a separate offense.
