For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MINOR. Any juvenile under the age of 18 years who has not been emancipated.
PARENT. Any adult who has legal custody of a minor or with whom a minor may be found residing. This includes, but is not limited to, the mother, father, legal guardian, and any other person having care or custody of a minor.
