§ 133.003 DIGGING OR REMOVING SOD, STONE, EARTH, SAND, OR GRAVEL.
   No person shall cut, dig, or remove any sod, stone, earth, sand, or gravel from any premises not his or her own without the consent of the owner. No person shall dig, cut, or remove any sod, earth, sand, gravel, or stone from any property adjoining or contiguous to a public way in a manner as to leave the property in an unsafe or unsanitary condition or in a condition as will constitute a public nuisance.
