§ 32.135 CREATED; COMPOSITION.
   (A)   The Department of Public Parks and the Board of Park Commissioners are abolished and there is created and established in lieu thereof and in their stead a Department of Parks and Recreation, pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 36-10-3.
   (B)   The Department of Parks and Recreation shall be composed of a Board of Parks and Recreation, a Superintendent, and other personnel as the Board of Parks and Recreation may determine.
