§ 132.058 CRIMINAL CHARGES.
   This subchapter, and its enforcement, shall be adjunct to and not a substitution for criminal charges under state or federal law, filed as the result of any investigation by any branch of law enforcement against any property owner, or occupant of any property where illegal activity has occurred.
