§ 131.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a fine not exceeding an amount as set by the city from time to time for each violation.
   (B)   Loitering.
      (1)   Violation of § 131.046. Any person who violates § 131.046 is subject to a fine an amount as set by the city from time to time for each offense. In addition to the above penalties, any person who violates § 131.046 may be required to perform up to a maximum of 120 hours of community service.
      (2)   Violation of § 131.047; police custody authorized.
         (a)   A police officer who finds a minor in violation of § 131.047 is authorized to take the minor into custody until a time as the minor’s parent, legal guardian, or other adult having legal care or custody of the minor is located and notified of the violation, and takes custody of the minor from the police. If no person can be located within a reasonable period of time, the minor shall then be referred to the appropriate juvenile authorities.
         (b)   A parent, legal guardian, or other adult having the legal care or custody of a minor who shall knowingly permit the minor to violate any provision of § 131.047 shall be fined an amount as set by the city from time to time for each offense.
   (C)   Alcohol. An officer of the City Police Department may issue a ticket or city ordinance violation citation to a person who violates §§ 131.060 through 131.061. Conviction of the citation or ticket issued to an individual shall carry up to a penalty in an amount as set by the city from time to time for each offense.
