§ 130.005 ABUSING POLICE OFFICERS.
   It is unlawful for any person to abuse or use any abusive language to or enter into any altercation with any police officer of the city while the police officer shall be in the discharge of his or her duties as a police officer or while the latter is carrying out any order of any superior officer of the city.
