§ 130.003 IMPERSONATING OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES.
   It is unlawful for any person to represent himself or herself falsely to be an officer or employee of the city or, without being duly authorized, to exercise or attempt to exercise any of the duties, functions, or powers of the officers or employees.
