§ 117.130 RETAIL COAL OR COKE DEALER DEFINED.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   RETAIL COAL OR COKE DEALER. Any person selling or offering to sell, delivering or offering to deliver coal or coke in less than carload lots.
