§ 117.046 BUSINESS LOCATIONS TO COMPLY WITH ZONING REGULATIONS.
   All locations for businesses engaged in the selling of secondhand articles must be permitted under the provisions of the zoning regulations of this code before the location shall be approved by the City Controller.
